Nik is the founder and CEO of Arctic Edge Consultants. He brings 20 years of experience in strategy, operations, and financial planning across diverse industries and geographies. At Össur, a global leader in prosthetics, he served as Director of Corporate Strategy and Director of Financial Planning during a period of significant growth—from $500m to $800m. He led key strategic initiatives to improve profit margins, developed strategic roadmaps to scale the business to $1.5b, acted as the strategy partner to sales and marketing teams in new market entry and product growth strategies, and led multi-year finance transformations.

Previously, Nik was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. and KPMG in London, delivering margin and service-level improvements across industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Automotives, Consumer Goods, Construction Equipment etc. His work spanned Europe, India, and Australia, with expertise in manufacturing, maintenance and field services.

Nik began his career in manufacturing and engineering roles at Micron Technologies, one of the world’s largest semiconductor companies, at their fab near Washington, DC.

He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, a Master’s in Operations Management from Clemson University, and a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Nik is also a certified change management professional.

With over 20 years of expertise in the financial and responsible investing sectors, Terence offers a deep understanding of sustainability, financing, and regulatory challenges across diverse industries and regions. Since 2018, he has served as an independent advisor to SMEs, multinationals, and investors, supporting a broad spectrum of ESG-related projects. These include developing ESG strategies, crafting policies and reports, managing stakeholders, conducting ESG due diligence, and integrating sustainability themes into business operations.

Terence is recognized for his pragmatic approach and in-depth knowledge of ESG trends, making him a trusted advisor and valuable sounding board for sustainability professionals.

Earlier in his career, Terence held senior positions at Sustainalytics, where he led research, product development, client advisory, and business development initiatives. He began his professional journey at ABN AMRO Bank as a sector analyst and later advanced to roles as Green Fund Portfolio Manager and ESG Analyst at ABN AMRO Asset Management. He holds master’s degrees in Economic Geography and International Relations from the University of Amsterdam.
